The apartment was in rough condition, with many maintenance problems. We encountered constant noise from partying neighbors, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The apartment had stunning sea views that made waking up a bit more bearable. Direct beach access was a major plus for those spontaneous dips in the water.
The apartment was in rough shape, with broken ceilings and a truly uninviting atrium yard below that amplified every party noise from neighboring units—so forget about a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms felt claustrophobic, with tiny windows only offering a glimpse into the living room and kitchen. On top of that, the parking options were limited, and the on-site spots carried a hefty fee. We didn't even get our own key to the pool, leaving us waiting for others, which can be frustrating, especially with kids in tow.
